Known for his dedication and well-rounded skill set, John also happens to make an amazing chicken soup. When he’s not working, he enjoys exercising, reading, listening to dance music, and baking chocolate chip cookies.

Melinda has been with Put It There for eight years, matching her eight years of industry experience. In addition to her role at PIT, Melinda is a choreographer, bringing creativity and precision into everything she does. When she’s not working, she enjoys spending time playing with her cats.

She brings leadership and dedication to everything she does—both at work and in the community as a Girl Scout troop leader. When she’s not working, Julie loves hiking and camping with her family and friends.

He values teamwork, continuous learning, and the hands-on nature of the work, which he considers some of the coolest experiences of his career. Outside of work, Joe enjoys fishing—and firmly believes that his wife is always right.

Carol joined Put It There, LLC in late 2025, bringing with her a passion for the industry that began eight years ago. After discovering the bidding and buying process for previously owned items, she quickly found a new interest that turned into a career. Carol especially enjoys meeting new people and hearing their creative stories of repurposing—and, as she likes to say, everyone has “that” junk drawer in their personal life. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends or relaxing on the beach.
